Common questions
I bought something but did not get it
Open the Shop or Settings and tap Restore purchases. This brings back the Starter Pack, No Ads and Timber Baron. Rubies are delivered once at purchase; if a ruby pack never arrived, email us with the date of the purchase.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is my progress saved?
Yes, automatically, on your iPhone. There is no account or cloud save yet, so deleting the game deletes your progress. Purchases you own (Starter Pack, No Ads, Timber Baron) can always be restored.
How do offline earnings work?
Your crew keeps working for up to 2 hours while you are away, or up to 12 hours with Timber Baron. When you come back you can collect the coins, or double them by watching a video.
Does the game work without internet?
Yes. You can play offline. Video rewards and ads need a connection.
What does No Ads do?
It removes ad breaks between play. Rewards that normally come from watching a video are granted instantly instead.
How do I control ad tracking?
Go to iPhone Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking. In Europe and the UK you can also change your ad choices with Privacy choices in the game's Settings. See the Privacy Policy for details.
