Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Timber Valley iPhone game (the "Game"), made by Augustin Villetard ("we", "us"). Your use of the Game is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If the two conflict, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.
1. Playing the Game
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to play the Game on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Please do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the Game, or use cheats, bots or tools that change how it works.
2. Coins, rubies and other virtual items
- Coins, rubies, boosts and other in-game items are part of a license to use the Game. They have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred.
- Rubies are consumable. Once spent, they are gone.
- Purchases are processed by Apple and are final, except where the law or Apple's refund policies say otherwise.
- Progress is saved on your device. If you delete the Game or lose your device, progress and consumable items cannot be recovered. Non-consumable purchases (Starter Pack, No Ads, Timber Baron) can be restored with Restore purchases.
- We may rebalance the Game, for example prices in coins, timers or rewards, to keep it fair and fun.
3. Ads
The Game shows ads provided by Google AdMob, including optional videos you can watch for rewards. Ads are the responsibility of their advertisers. How ad data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.
4. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the Game or parts of it. We will try to give notice of major changes in the App Store release notes.
5. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses above the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
